The Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing monthly resident statements, deposit and posting of cash receipts, and assisting residents, resident family members and other Friendship Village of Dublin Associates with questions relating to resident billing.
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising the nursing staff, setting standards of care, taking into account the medical, physical, emotional and psychological needs of each resident and assumes Director of Nursing responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing. The ADON is also responsible for projecting a positive public image of FVD through professional conduct and communications, while maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.
The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping and cleaning activities. We are seeking a hospitality minded STNA who is looking for a rewarding experience working with older adults. The STNA assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, exercising and transfers. STNA’s also assist with treatments, tests, procedures and collection of specimens as instructed, transport and escort residents as needed, and change bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

We are seeking hospitality minded Servers in our Dietary department. This role is responsible for set-up and resetting of tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Servers should be knowledgeable to answer pertinent questions about the menu items. Servers assist where needed to help provide the best possible customer service to our residents. Qualified candidates must possess excellent hospitality skills, be warm, and respectful. No experience is needed for servers.
