Congratulations to our February, 2026 Associates of the Month: Demertria Morgan and Torri Sigl! Congratulations to both Demertria and Torri for the meaningful difference they make in our community!
Demertria Morgan
We are proud to celebrate Demertria Morgan, Resident Care Aide in Rowan House. In her first year at Friendship Village of Dublin, Demertria has already become an integral part of the consistently stellar Rowan House team. Her special care and attention are noticed and appreciated by both residents and her colleagues. She is a shining example of our mission in action, and we are so grateful for the compassion she brings to our community each day.
Torri Sigl
We are also proud to recognize Torri Sigl, our Systems Administrator. Since joining FVD in late 2023, Torri has quickly established herself as a knowledgeable and reliable member of the IT team. Her behind-the-scenes efforts make a tremendous impact across our organization, helping all of us do our jobs more easily each day. Her steady presence, intelligence, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed.
