Congratulations to our June Associates of the Month: Charles Troncone and Tosha Waldrop!
Charles first joined FVD in 2017 as a member of the Landscape team before transitioning over to Refurbishment in 2020. Since then, he has been a driving force for our apartment remodeling efforts, championing improvements in both finish and quality. Charles, we appreciate your keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the pride you take in every space you help transform!
Tosha joined our Home Care team last fall as a Care Partner. Now, as our full-time Concierge Care Partner, she is making a significant impact on the lives of our residents. Whether she’s accompanying them to doctor appointments, advocating on their behalf, running errands, or driving them to their favorite coffee shop, Tosha brings warmth and reliability to everything she does. She’s also a valued team player—always ready to support her coworkers and lend a hand in the office whenever needed. Thank you for all you do, Tosha!
