Congratulations to our May Associates of the Month: Stephanie Schifer and Fred Arzola!
🌷 For the past two and a half years, Stephanie has served as our Health Unit Coordinator—an invaluable resource for both residents and staff. A true “jack of all trades,” Stephanie is the go-to person in licensed care for managing transportation, coordinating appointments, securing medical equipment, and tracking down even the hardest-to-find supplies.
Over the past year, she has gone above and beyond by supporting other teams across campus, including COPC, helping bridge departments to ensure residents have seamless access to the care and resources they need. Stephanie’s dedication, flexibility, and teamwork make a lasting difference every day. Thank you, Stephanie!
🌱 Since joining FVD as our Chaplain and Spiritual Care Coordinator in 2022, Fred has made an incredible impact on our community.
