Each Flat building is getting custom upgrades installed within the next few weeks. Read more about that and other exciting construction updates!

The Flats:
Building 6772: Continue painting, sitework for paving and sidewalks. Continue installing electric fixtures and devices. Complete shower tile install, hardwood flooring, kitchen backsplashes, HVAC systems, trim and ceiling grid. Begin carpet install.

Building 6766: Complete drywall hang and finish in stairwells. Continue painting, doors and trim, shower and floor tile install. Begin hardwood flooring. Continue countertop and electrical fixtures and devices install. Complete architectural metal panels.

Building 6758: Complete hanging and finishing drywall in stairwells and corridors. Continue interior painting, setting cabinets, trim and doors. Complete architectural metal panels.

Building 6741: Complete hanging and finishing drywall in stairwells and corridors. Continue interior painting, setting cabinets, trim and doors. Complete architectural metal panels.

Riverstone:
Continue miscellaneous metal stud framing and RC channel. Complete installing balcony doors. Continue stone and brick veneer, interior MEP rough ins, drywall in the north attic, batt insulation and installing secondary wire to the building. Hydrotest 3rd floor.

PT/OT:
Continue demolition and start wall framing.

Bistro:
Final inspections and complete punchlist.

River’s Edge Café:
Install electrical underground work, prep concrete slab on grade and set pre-cast floor.

Signalization:
Backfill, landscaping, stripping, electrical inspection and final inspection.

Corridors Work:
Framing inspections for 3rd and 4th floor. Start drywall at arches, 4th floor prime painting, 4th floor wood trim, 3rd floor start prime painting and 4th floor wood trim.

Art Studio Remodel:
Framing inspection and continue plumbing, HVAC and electric.
