They also considered 43 key indicators of livability, ranging from housing costs to restaurants per capita.

We’re not surprised that Dublin ranked in the top 1 percent among all U.S. small cities. After all, we chose Dublin as a great place to live nearly 40 years ago.

Within a mile of our campus, the historic Downtown Dublin, Ohio area features walkable brick sidewalks, shops, restaurants and parks.

Downton Dublin also includes the luxurious new Bridge Park neighborhood, which one day will include luxury senior rentals at The Bailey At Bridge Park. Developer Crawford Hoying expects to break ground on this new project in 2022.
