DUBLIN, Ohio — Friendship Village of Dublin (FVD) has added three new members to its leadership team: Sales and Marketing Director Beth Stiltner, Human Resources Director Angela Vogan and Support Services Director Seth White.
“Beth, Angela and Seth bring a wealth of senior living experience and know-how to their new roles,” said Rita Doherty, Friendship Village of Dublin’s executive director. “With their expertise, we can continue to grow our community and deliver exceptional care and programming for our residents.”
Beth Stiltner – Sales & Marketing Director
With more than 16 years of senior living experience, Stiltner will oversee FVD’s sales and marketing initiatives. In her previous role as regional director of sales and marketing for Meridian Senior Living, she managed 11 marketing directors and directed all sales and marketing strategies.
“I look forward to working with the Friendship Village of Dublin team and building upon the organization’s stellar reputation,” said Stiltner. “With the $73 million expansion, it’s an exciting time of growth for the community.”
Angela Vogan – Human Resources Director
As Human Resources Director, Vogan will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training and managing of all Friendship Village of Dublin staff, as well as developing and implementing HR practices. Previously, she served as a corporate human resources supervisor for a manufacturer in Canal Winchester, Ohio. In addition to her human resources experience, she also worked as a case manager at the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission and then became a Staff Development Coordinator for a residential provider.
“I’m excited to work with the capable and compassionate staff at Friendship Village of Dublin,” said Vogan. “The organization has a great culture that is focused on providing high-quality service and care to the community’s residents.”
Seth White – Support Services Director
A licensed nursing home administrator for more than a decade, Seth will oversee ancillary departments like Environmental Support Services and Transportation to ensure service delivery is seamless across the campus and benefits all residents.
