The Value of LifeCare senior living event

Join us for a panel discussion to learn how LifeCare can help to prevent illness, prolong life and improve your overall wellness so you can live your best life at every age.

We also will discuss the rising cost of long-term care and ways you can plan for your future care, if needed.

Did you know that someone turning 65 today has almost a 70 percent chance of needing some type of long-term care as they grow older? About 20 percent will need care for longer than five years.

At Friendship Village of Dublin, our Type A LifeCare includes guaranteed access to state-of-the-art care, if needed, at our Waterford Place Assisted Living, Alderwood Health & Rehab and Rowan House Memory Care communities – all conveniently located right on campus.

To register for The Value of LifeCare, call 614-665-5538 or click the link at the bottom of this post.

We look forward to welcoming you October 11 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. to learn about the value of LifeCare!

November 15 – How to Avoid Senior Scams

Senior scams senior living event

Join us for a presentation by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office about how to identify and avoid Senior Scams.

In just the first three months of 2022 alone, the FTC reported 96,000 cases of fraud in which victims over the age of 60 lost $300 million.

According to AARP, some of the most common scams targeting seniors include:

  1. Romance Scams
  2. Fake Online Shopping
  3. False Utility Representatives
  4. Imposter Government Agents

Today, fraudsters target people of all ages in ever more sophisticated ways. The more you know about today’s scams, the less likely you are to fall prey to unscrupulous scammers.

To register for How to Avoid Senior Scams, call 614-665-5538 or click the link at the bottom of this post.

We hope you’ll join us for an informative presentation on November 15 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
