In 2016, Friendship Village of Dublin embarked on an $80 million master plan to add new Independent Living apartments, build our new Waterford Place Assisted Living, Alderwood Health & Rehab and memory care community, and upgrade the interiors of our buildings.
With the addition of our new Rowan House Memory Care, our Master Plan is complete! As a result, our community offers more space and more comprehensive care than ever.
