Join us for a presentation by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office about how to identify and avoid Senior Scams.

In just the first three months of 2022 alone, the FTC reported 96,000 cases of fraud in which victims over the age of 60 lost $300 million. According to AARP, some of the most common scams targeting seniors include:

  1. Romance Scams
  2. Fake Online Shopping
  3. False Utility Representatives
  4. Imposter Government Agents

Today, fraudsters target people of all ages in ever more sophisticated ways. The more you know about today’s scams, the less likely you are to fall prey to unscrupulous scammers.
